Well I don't know about the stress relief...lol.But this does leaves my skin feeling really good,and smooth.I like to rub it around my eyes.It does feel good while applying it,but after you done,the stress come back.It has a good smell(eucalyptus spearmint) to it.Would I pay $10-15..NO!
